Hi…..we’re Andy & Bex, an Irish guy and Aussie girl that touch (ed) down in New York on the 22nd June.
Our plan is to see the United States of America over the course of the next 10 weeks with the Burning Man festival being the final stop.
Over the course of the summer we want to see as much of this great country as possible, and by that we mean not just the tourist traps but the hidden gems. Basically we want to see what makes America so special, and who better to find this out from than, well, the people who live there…..YOU!
So we’ve decided to take all of the decisions out of our hands and use social networking to get us from coast to coast, Facebook, Twitter, Couchsurfing, Google Buzz and I’m sure we’ll find a few others along the way and then report back to you guys on how we're getting on.
Basically You Decide Where……where we go, where we eat, where we drink, where we party, where we rest, its an interactive review site where your input makes the tour and gives an unbiased view back to others in a 'real time' manner that you don’t get with other travel review sites. We don't have a set route or even a plan, well we do, the plan is to follow what YOU advise and see where that takes us. So if you have a favourite city or town or a favourite place in your own town let us know and then we can let others know what its like too.
We're excited to have you on board our journey and look forward to hearing all your ideas.
